Our refund policy is for 30 days from purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product please contact us on 01538 361919 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you return the item to us within the 30 days we offer an exchange or a replacement or a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages (if applicable)
If for any reason you have received the goods damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP to advise. We will require photographic evidence to proceed with your refund/replacement/exchange.
Any exchanges or replacements will be dispatched upon receipt of the returned goods. We will ensure they are at least to the same value as the returned goods. We will also cover the cost of delivery of the goods.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (advised on the email confirmation).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased the refunds policy is in place for the billing address, therefore any refunds/replacements/exchanges will be sent to the billing address details.

If the item is being returned for defective reasons we will cover the return shipping costs (at a basic postage only. E.g. we will not cover Saturday delivery). If the item being returned is due to a change on your part, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
